In honor of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival this weekend, I decided to share a recipe from one of the many celeb chefs in town. And since it's still Heart Month, and maintaining a healthy weight is one of the key factors in preventing heart disease, I chose Rocco DiSpirito as the featured chef. He, himself, lost 30 pounds by changing the way he eats (see the picture); and has written a series of cook books with healthy recipes.
