Ever since my first real full-time job, I've taken classes to improve my skills.
I remember the first non-school class I took was about time management. I learned some of my best skills in that course, simple tools that I still use today - list-making, prioritizing and lumping errands together geographically.
Along the way I've also been fortunate to be sent by work to some broadcast-industry seminars. I always come back re-energized and eager to try out the new ideas that I've learned.
One thing I never thought about with those seminars was getting college credit for them.
