If adults could have the day off for 'Boss's Planning', today would be ideal. It's stormy enough to feel no need to go outdoors; but not stormy enough to worry about your life or property. It's the perfect day for reading, relaxing, napping, catching up on DVR'd shows.
For kids, on the other hand, it can be one long, dreary episode of "I'm BORED"!
So here are some suggestions for ways they can entertain themselves today.
The standards never get old:
jacks, pick-up sticks, marbles
Monopoly, Shoots and Ladders, Life, Battleship, Trouple
Apples to Apples, Scrabble, Pictionary
Go Fish, Uno, Solitaire
I'm pretty sure you don't need suggestions for Video Games - the kids undoubtedly have that covered already.
