... to run a baseball team.
The Miami Marlins have a job fair scheduled to start at 10 a.m. today, looking for people to fill a slew of Event Staff and Part-Time Positions. Between the Marlins and their corporate partners, there'll be openings in Guest Services, Ticket Operations, Retail Operations, Premium Services, Grounds and Event Services, as well as concessions and janitorial services.
Even though the interviews are taking place at a Ball Park, business attire is still recommended. To quote: Business Casual, and bring your resume (multiple copies). Here's more info.
If you're the type of person who prefers to be out in front of the crowd, and you've got some serious moves to display, then auditioning for the Miami Marlins Energy Team may be more your speed. Auditions are scheduled this Sunday for dancers, gymnasts & breakdancers. Minimum age - 18. Maximum age? Well, they don't specify. I'd love to see some 'mature' people make it to the team. Have some free time, Betty White? Check out the requirements here.
