The rules were found in a spiral-bound notebook outside a Walmart store in California. Each rule is numbered, right up to #158, which is currently blank. The store employee who found the book says the writing is that of a child (further evidenced by a reference to "wearing pull-ups if you're going to wet your bed").
I hope they find the kid who wrote these rules, and I hope he / she gets a big publishing deal. This youngster has learned and understood more about how to treat people and how to live life well than many people learn in ... well ... a lifetime.
