The Four Performances That Everyone Is Talking About From Dancing With the Stars

By: Joe Hyer

March 21, 2017

It was premiere night for Dancing with the Stars last night on ABC. The show kicked off its 24th season on Tuesday. It was actually the show's 400th episode. Missed the show? We've rounded up the performances that everyone is talking about today.

Simone Biles and Sasha Farber
After the season premiere, many are wondering if another olympian could win the mirrorball trophy again this season. Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez won the show last season, and her teammate (Simone Biles) had the highest score of the night. They received a total score of 32 points.

Charo and Keo Motsepe
This certainly wasn't the "best" dance of the night, but it was pretty memorable. I mean, did you expect anything less from Charo? Check out her salsa here. It's... interesting?

Erika Jayne and Gleb Savchenko
Erika is the star that viewers are probably the most excited to watch this season. One of the judges (Len Goodman) said the dance was a little too risque, but the other judges loved the dance. Check out the pair's performance. The pair danced a salsa to Jayne's song "XXPEN$IVE."

Normani Kordei and Valentin Chmerkovskiy
Fifth Harmony's Normani Kordei performed a quick step with her partner to the song "Good Time Good Life" by Erin Bowman. How did it turn out? See for yourself, but Normani may go pretty far this season.

Nobody will be eliminated this week, but one star will go home after next week's show. Saturday Night Live alum Chris Kattan's Night at the Roxbury-themed dance with his partner Witney Carson was the lowest scored of the night.
