Look at that face! Perseus is a happy-go-lucky doggie with so much love to give. She is a nine-year-old Beagle mix that loves to socialize with her doggie friends, but she also loves to give her human lots of unconditional love.

She will greet you with happy paws that are just begging you to pet and hold her and she will stay by your side like a true, loyal companion. Senior pets are great additions to families looking for a furry friend who can fit into their more calm lifestyle.

Want to adopt Perseus -- or another furry friend? Call the Humane Society of Greater Miami at 305-696-0800 ... or visit the Soffer & Fine Adoption Center at 16101 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach.

Finding Rover

The Humane Society of Greater Miami is thrilled about the exciting partnership with Finding Rover.

Finding Rover is the latest social media based application that helps reunite lost dogs with their owners using advanced Facial Recognition capabilities. Now, every dog adopted from our shelter will already be pre-registered in the Finding Rover database.

Adopters can then register themselves for free and simply transfer their new pet to his or her own Finding Rover account. If the dog is ever lost, reconnecting them with their family will be a snap.

We highly encourage everyone to join the Finding Rover Community. It provides another great tool for not only connecting lost dogs with their rightful owners, but also uniting more homeless dogs with forever families through their adoptable pets search platform.

To register for Finding Rover, simply download the app to your Apple or Android device or access it through the website FindingRover.com. You can also learn more about the app and its success stories at FindingRover.com/blog.
