As parents, let's face it. Sometimes we have to lie a little to get kids to behave the way they should. And research finds when it comes to lying, Chinese parents are either the best at it or the worst depending how you view it. Apperently Chinese parents lie more often and more creatively.  Some of their lies: Finish all your food or you'll grow up to be short. If you don't follow me a kidnapper will come to kidnap you while I'm gone. If you don't behave, I will call the police.

These are pretty good. Researchers found many American parents used the same "kidnapping" lie. You bet.
