This time of year when we're all stressed out, thinking negative might just help. Strange. But a study has found thinking negatively like a grinch may make you happier. Psychologists call it defensive pessimism. In another words instead of focusing on having the perfect holiday with everybody acting perfectly. Focus on getting real and thinking okay the kids probably won't behave so well and maybe the dinner will be burned. And you'll feel better with how it really turns out.
