A bad mood can be good for you

Don't feel bad about being in a bad mood, research has found being in a negative place can actually make people less gullible and it can improve their ability to judge others. So while positive people promote creativity, flexibility and cooperation in the workplace, negative people can trigger more attentive and careful thinking. So the next time someone says you're in a bad mood, just say you're a critical thinker!
