  • Quite a fish tale in Japan

    This is the story that horror or science fiction movies are made of: A ten ton fishing trawler was capsized by a gigantic jellyfish. It really happened off Japan. The photo here is of the type of jellyfish, but not the size. It is believed the jellyfish could be as big as six feet in diameter and weigh 400 pounds. This is scarier than Jaws or the Lochness Monster!
