    I thought our S. Florida balmy breezes would blow away all the bad air, but apparently not. New study finds that the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area is ranked 23rd on the nation's most toxic list. We may not be the most toxic, that went to Atlanta. But we are in the middle of the top 40 list. And ranked number one for worst air quality.
