The holiday shopping season is expected to be a good one. We shoppers are expected to spend about 4.1 percent more on our loved ones this year versus last. I had no idea I was going to spend more, but the experts think I am.
And because of the somewhat healthy forecast, retailers are expected to be hiring. So, good news if you're looking for a part-time job, Macy's, Walmart and Toys R Us are a few who say they will be hiring seasonal workers.
So it's a good season for all hopefully.
