A little monkey was spotted in the parking lot of an IKEA store in N. Toronto Sunday. No, he wasn't shopping and he wasn't for sale either. His owner apparently didn't realize he could get out of his crate so easily. The pint-sized monkey wearing a nice coat and a diaper wandered around until IKEA workers could get him inside. Then Animal Services got the little guy. The owner has since relinquished his rights to him. And has been cited for having a prohibited animal.
More here. By the way, they say the monkey is in good condition and could be somebody's Christmas present? How about a nice preserve where he can live a proper life for a little monkey.
