Your coffee mug at work is filled with germs. Researchers say that those office mugs have colonies of germs. 20 percent of office mugs carry fecal bacteria and 90 percent are covered in other germs.
The problem is at the office, the sponges we use to clean out our mugs are filled with bacteria as well. The answer, take your mug home and clean it well. The dishwasher is the best place for killing germs.
