When you're stressed you reach for chocolate or ice cream to feel better? Well research has found that comfort foods are not so comforting anymore. And that we end up being more stressed about how much we ate and what we're going to gain after trying to be comforted.
So after that gallon of ice cream, I say go for a nice looonnng walk..to help burn off some of the calories. That should help some in the comfort department.
