    Facebook fatigue

    Posted 2/2/2012 5:00:00 AM

Facebook filed for a much-anticipated stock offering Wednesday that put a dollar figure on the world’s addiction to sharing, commenting and evaluating life with their online friends and family.

The company said it plans to raise $5 billion in its stock sale, making it the largest initial public offering of a Web firm in history. Based on that figure, analysts say Facebook’s value could reach between $75 billion and $100 billion. The shares are expected to begin trading in the spring under the ticker “FB.”

    Fashion faux pas

    Mickey Mouse's Dress Code

It seems that the fashion police are really tough on people who want to work at Mickey's theme parks. According to website The Daily Beast, the company dress code has been updated after 55 years to allow beards. But the code still calls for a clean, classic and conservative look: no visible tattoos; no extreme hair colors or styles; no pierced noses, shaved eyebrows or flashy manicures.

MIND & BODY: Wake Up With Ease

Getting out of bed in the morning is tough -- but it's tougher for some than others. Are you someone who has a really hard time getting out of bed in the morning? Here are some ways you can make it easier:

    • Move the alarm. Put your alarm somewhere where you can't just hit snooze and roll over.
    • Bright alarm clock. An alarm clock that actually gives off light can help wake you up.
    • Limit alcohol and caffeine at night. Alcohol and caffeine affect your sleep patterns ...
