 Mended Hearts is a support group for people who are living with heart disease and their families. Along with information and education, Mended Hearts offers an opportunity to meet other people living with the disease.

Surgical Weight Loss - FM can be a support system for you if you're struggling with obesity. The Surgical Weight Loss Center may be able to help. Information on our multidisciplinary team approach to Surgical Weight Loss will be presented. Join us as we discuss the benefits of surgical weight reduction for individuals who are 100 or more pounds overweight or have a body mass index (BMI) of 35 or more, and over 18 years of age.
