101.5 LITE FM GENERAL ON-AIR (TELEPHONE CALL-IN) CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning any 101.5 LITE FM contest. Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Each contest ("Contest") is jointly sponsored by 101.5 LITE FM (WLYF) and any entities providing prizes in return for promotional mention (the "Sponsors").

Eligibility. Contests are offered only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Additional age restrictions may apply for certain contests, due to travel and liability issues; such additional restrictions will be disclosed to participants at the time a contest is conducted. Prizes are non-transferable by winners. Contests are offered only to residents of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or Monroe Counties, Florida. Employees of 101.5 LITE FM (WLYF), Lincoln Financial Media Company of Florida, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National Corporation, each and any contest sponsor, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Employees of other companies operating radio stations in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Florida, MSA, and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. Sponsors will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules are not followed. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these contest rules, and you agree to abide all decisions of the Sponsors.

How to Enter. Each time a telephone call-in contest is conducted, 101.5 LITE FM will broadcast an on-air announcement to solicit contest entrants to participate. When the contest solicitation announcement is broadcast, entrants desiring to participate in the Contest (the "Participant" or "Entrant") should call the 101.5 LITE FM studio at 800-469-1015 (this number is toll-free in the continental U.S.).

How to Win. The Participant placing the tenth call completed and answered by a 101.5 LITE FM representative after the contest solicitation announcement is broadcast ("Caller #10"), becomes eligible to play the Contest; however if Caller #10 fails to meet or agree to the terms, Restrictions or Releases contained herein; or if Caller #10 has used special telephone or computer equipment to place the call, he or she will be disqualified, and the 101.5 LITE FM representative will answer the next call received, repeating this qualification process until an eligible Entrant is obtained to win the Prize.

Prizes and Odds of Winning. The Prize offered -- and its approximate taxable retail value -- will vary from contest to contest. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value; taxable value will be disclosed to the Winner at time of winning. All charges, fees and costs not specifically included in the Prize -- including, but not limited to, taxes on winnings -- are the responsibility of each individual Winner, and will be disclosed to the Winner at time of winning. Odds of winning depend on number of telephone calls received each time Contest is played. 101.5 LITE FM will offer the Winner the opportunity to claim the Prize at the 101.5 LITE FM business office during regular weekday business hours within 30 days of the Prize being prepared and ready to claim.  Prizes not claimed within 30 days of preparation are subject to forfeit by the Winner.  Alternately, if the size and weight of the Prize is less than two ounces, if the value is less than $100, and with the Winner's agreement to release 101.5 LITE FM from liability for the postal service's timely delivery thereof, 101.5 LITE FM will mail the Prize to the Winner's preferred daytime address via first-class mail within two weeks of the date of winning. Such requirements will be disclosed to the Winner at time of winning. Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for tax purposes.

Terms and Conditions; Limitations of Liability. Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, Entrants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an Entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the Entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the Entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and Entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Contest Entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the Prize, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (including personal injury or death) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the Prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Contest-related or Prize-related activity. By entering the Contest or by winning, Entrants grant to the Contest Entities the right to publicize the Entrant's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements for advertising, trade and promotion purposes without compensation, without opportunity for review, and in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release before Prize will be awarded. Sponsors retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions of Sponsors are final and discretionary. In the event a selected Winner of a Prize is ineligible or refuses the Prize, or in the event the Prize is forfeited for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate Winner. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Contest, without regard to Florida's choice of law rules. The courts of Florida shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Contest. All Entrants and Winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Florida. Winner agrees to provide his or her Social Security Number and home mailing address for tax purposes -- including the mailing of IRS form 1099 early in the year following date of winning. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with Prizes are the responsibility of each individual Winner.

Disclaimer and Force Majeure. Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with radio transmission, phone lines and phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control -- this includes, but is not limited to: a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, Internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions, interruptions or malfunctions that disrupt the completion of a phone call or Internet service, or for technical difficulties which may prohibit, prevent or interfere with the transmission of radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Contest; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest; (3) cancellations, postponements or delays; or (4) Acts of God or Chances of Fate -- including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes -- beyond the control of the Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Rules. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Contest until such negative situations, causes or forces are eliminated or corrected. Contest Entities make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and Contest Entities specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness, and any other implied warranty.

Sponsors reserve the right to change, alter or amend these Contest rules as necessary, in their sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of a Contest or to comply with applicable law. Such changes, alterations and amendments will be posted at LiteMiami.com, and made available at the 101.5 LITE FM main office. For a list of a particular contest's Winners' names, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 60 days of the completion of the contest to 101.5 LITE FM, [specify name of contest] Winners' List, at the address above.

Note regarding other contests conducted by 101.5 LITE FM: Other, more specific rules often apply to particular on-air contests such as the 101.5 LITE FM Employee of the Day contests -- and supersede the provisions of these generic on-air (telephone call-in) contest rules.
