The "101.5 LITE FM Loyal Listener Reward Contest" (the "Contest") is sponsored by 101.5 LITE FM (WLYF) and various participating sponsors which furnish the weekly contest prizes (the "Sponsor" or "Sponsors").

Eligibility. This Contest is offered only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Prizes are non-transferable by winners. Contest is offered only to residents of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or Monroe Counties, Florida, who are members of the 101.5 LITE FM LITE Loyal Listener Community (the "Community"). Employees of 101.5 LITE FM (WLYF), Lincoln Financial Media Company of Florida, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National Corporation, the various participating weekly sponsors -- along with their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Employees of other companies operating radio stations in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Florida, MSA, and the immediate families or members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. Sponsors will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if these Contest rules are not followed. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Contest rules, and you agree to abide all decisions of the Sponsors.

How to Enter. Beginning 5:01 p.m. each Friday, through and including 5:00 p.m. the following Friday, 101.5 LITE FM will accept entries via its Internet website at LiteMiami.com, from LITE Loyal Listener Community Members, to win the daily Prize(s) offered in the Contest. Internet access is required to register for membership and enter the Contest. Members may modify their personal information on record -- or cancel their membership in the Community -- at any time by visting the LITE Loyal Listener Community section of the 101.5 LITE FM website. Multiple entries for a particular weekly Contest from the same Contestant are not permitted.

How to Win. At or shortly after 5:00 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 101.5 LITE FM will randomly draw one entry from all Contest entries submitted from the preceding Friday at 5:01 p.m., to that point, to win the daily Prize offered. In the event that a "Grand Prize" is offered during a particular week's Contest, a winner of the Grand Prize will be selected randomly on Friday at or shortly after 5:00 p.m., from the five daily Prize winners during that week. Selected Contestants will be notified by telephone and e-mail. Provided a selected Contestant meets and/or agrees to meet the additional qualifications, restrictions and releases contained herein, the applicable Prize will be awarded to that Contestant. In the event that a selected Contestant fails to meet or agree to meet the additional qualifications, restrictions and releases, 101.5 LITE FM will randomly select another Contestant, repeating this process until an eligible Contestant is obtained.

Prizes and Odds of Winning. The daily Prize -- and weekly Grand Prize (where applicable) -- offered will vary from week to week, but will always be disclosed on the 101.5 LITE FM website at LiteMiami.com. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise disclosed, a minimum total of five daily Prizes will be offered in each weekly Contest. Where practical, Prizes will be sent to individual Winners' preferred daytime addresses via U.S. Priority Mail within two weeks of date of winning; otherwise, Winners will be required to pick up their prizes at the 101.5 LITE FM offices weekdays 9 a.m.-5 p.m., beginning one week from the conclusion of the week's Contest. Prizes not claimed by Winners within 30 days of notification are subject to forfeit. Approximate taxable retail value of Prizes will vary, and will be disclosed to the Winners in advance of distribution of their Prizes. No cash substitutions will be made for any non-cash Prizes. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for tax purposes. Taxes on Prize winnings are the responsibility of the individual Winners. Odds of winning depend on number of entrants in a particular weekly Contest.

Terms and Conditions; Limitations of Liability. Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, Entrants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an Entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the Entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the Entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and Entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Contest Entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the Prize, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (including personal injury or death) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the Prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Contest-related or Prize-related activity. By entering the Contest or by winning, Entrants grant to the Contest Entities the right to publicize the Entrant's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements for advertising, trade and promotion purposes without compensation, without opportunity for review, and in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release before Prize will be awarded. Sponsors retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions of Sponsors are final and discretionary. In the event a selected Winner of a Prize is ineligible or refuses the Prize, or in the event the Prize is forfeited for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate Winner. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Contest, without regard to Florida's choice of law rules. The courts of Florida shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Contest. All Entrants and Winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Florida. Winner agrees to provide his or her Social Security Number and home mailing address for tax purposes -- including the mailing of IRS form 1099 early in the year following date of winning. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with Prizes are the responsibility of each individual Winner.

Disclaimer and Force Majeure. Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with radio transmission, phone lines and phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control -- this includes, but is not limited to: a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, Internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions, interruptions or malfunctions that disrupt the completion of a phone call or Internet service, or for technical difficulties which may prohibit, prevent or interfere with the transmission of radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Contest; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest; (3) cancellations, postponements or delays; or (4) Acts of God or Chances of Fate -- including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes -- beyond the control of the Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Rules. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Contest until such negative situations, causes or forces are eliminated or corrected. Contest Entities make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and Contest Entities specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness, and any other implied warranty.

Sponsors reserve the right to change, alter or amend these Contest rules as necessary, in their sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of the Contest or to comply with applicable law. Such changes, alterations and amendments will be posted at LiteMiami.com, and made available at the 101.5 LITE FM main office.
